Four languages, one plan

Bible in One Year is a classic 365-day reading plan with a short devotional reflection on key days. The site is published in four languages, and each language version is a complete site on its own — not a translation of another. Each one uses the Bible translation most trusted by readers in that language:

  • English — 31 reflections quoting the English Standard Version (ESV). Topics range from "All things are possible with God" (Day 28) to "God's timing is perfect" (Day 333) and "God's hand in the Bible" (Day 355).
  • Español — 58 reflexiones en Reina-Valera 1960. La versión más extensa, con lecturas como "De la abundancia del corazón habla la boca" (Día 16), "Promesas de Dios en la Biblia" (Día 309) y "Los tiempos de Dios son perfectos" (Día 333).
  • Français — 26 méditations en Louis Segond 1910. Entrées par "La puissance de la prière" (Jour 176), "Les promesses de Dieu" (Jour 309) ou "La main de Dieu" (Jour 355).
  • Deutsch — 27 Betrachtungen in der Lutherbibel 1912. Mit Stücken wie "Verheißungen Gottes" (Tag 309), "Gottes Hand über mir" (Tag 355) und "Warum lässt Gott Leid zu" (Tag 26).

Every reflection is 900–1,400 words, written to be read in a few minutes and to stay with you through the day. The site collects no personal data, has no ads, no cookies, and no analytics.

Who writes it

All reflections are written by Cruzsilla Gutiérrez, a Mexican American author and the founder of Creations by Cru — a creative studio publishing culturally rich coloring books and Bible study journals. Her author page lives on each language's site:

The reflections are written from an evangelical, non-denominational Christian perspective. Each language site carries its own editorial policy, privacy policy, and terms — no cross-language shortcuts.
